It works fine but I am still getting a message on screen 'to replace it' with your drum fitted??

Everything was good but the drum required replacing before the toner cartridge. will not re buy and will look else where.

Unable to print more than one page at a time due to repeating drum errors. We went through all the troubleshooting steps, cleaned off the corona wire, reseated the drum and toner etc... but couldn't stop the error from occurring on every print. Sent it back for a refund and hopefully will get a better one next time.
