Use the same size as your shoe.
I've been using these for three years, and they've corrected my sore-feet issues completely. My friends that have gone to foot doctors for custom inserts pay much more, and aren't able to readily purchase new ones as needed. They seem to last about two years of daily use.

These things are pricey but great and durable. Fits into nearly any shoe and keeps my plantar f. away. Much better than the crappy Dr. Scholls stuff you buy at CVS or Target.
