Quick but feel flimsy and when unclipping it can come off a bit fast, but you get a multipack for a cheap price so can't complain

I bought these tourniquets as a gift for a friend who had recently qualified as a Paramedic however, I have also used them myself for over a year.I bought this particular product as they came in a multi-pack, so were better value for money than buying individually. They are individually wrapped, so it's easy to throw a couple in a kit bag and not be too worried about cross-contamination. The soft elastic is far more comfortable for patients than the rubber single-use tourniquets supplied at work and doesn't pull hairs out when you tighten them.It's really easy to release the tourniquet with the single press of a button, even under tension and they can be safely washed at 60 after use or if contaminated (they're single patient use). The only issue that I've noticed is that the rubber starts to perish after a while however, this is insignificant as they are only £1.59 each.This is a product that I will certainly buy again

Good for spares, not great for daily usage, the white plastic at the end of the tourniquet comes off after a while and so the band separates from the plastic clip.

Perfect for work where tourniquets seem to go walkies. Keep in my bag. Nice easy release mechanism. I notice some people are saying it's a bit awkward using one hand but if you clip it in a large loop before slipping your arm through and then pull you shouldn't have any problems and the tourniquet can hold a cotton wool ball in place to help stop bleeding. Just the same as ones bought from medical supplies

These are awful. I used one today and the clip either wouldn't stay in, or pinged off midway. It was really difficult to use the slow-release as well. Cheap and tacky. A waste of money, I would prefer to return them and get my money refunded.

Great value multi pack. Longevity to be worked out, but all good after 1 month of busy clinics and community visits.
