Purchased these for a fundraising event / silent auction. These are very thin plastic and lightweight, easily knocked over even with the paper/photos inserted. About ten of the thirty arrived cracked at the bottom, a few cracked when removing the protective plastic cover. I would have returned but needed them for the fundraising event the next day and did not have time for other options. Used clear packing tape to cover the cracks. Very disappointed.

I was excited to find a multi pack of these frames, but these were not worth the money. They were super thin, they can hardly hold themselves up and I when they do topple over, they crack instantly. The film was so hard to get off that I almost cracked one and a half just peeling it. I wish I could return broken product (I may call and try to). These got used for less than a few hours at an event and I will never order them again.

Update: I was contacted by seller after I wrote me review (below) and they offered a refund as shelves come with warranty! I didn't know that and I really appreciate them reaching out to me and fixing the problem! I am adding a star for excellent customer service!!!I have these shelves that uses 3 big screws and anchors and some other brand that uses just 2 smaller screws and anchors. The other brand stays flat against the wall and won't bend under weight.This product with 3 screws bends under weight and the screws come out of the anchors easily. I do know how to install shelves and anchors, so it's not that.I use these floating shelves to hold my orchids indoors esp during the winter. I've never had any problems holding 3 orchids on each shelf at the most. I never had to worry about them falling.Well, one shelf just was falling out of the wall anchors, and I was worried, and i was right. The one orchid pot on the right tipped head over pot and I tried to catch it, but bark and medium spilled everywhere! What a mess and luckily the orchid is okay although it is growing a new flower spike...I tried screwing it in, but the screws just spin in the anchors. The anchors are like the wrong size. Most all the shelves have spinning screws.It's not like I had 3 large orchids on the shelf. I have 2 mini orchids and one regular phalaenopsis.My only fix was to try to use a combo of Alien tape and Gorilla tape to secure the shelf against the wall, and I rearranged the weight distribution (although that doesn't seem to be the issue). It looks terrible now.I should have bought the brand I always get, but this was cheaper. And it shows. I'm very disappointed in these shelves bowing out and bending under not much weight.I'll include photos, including how I fixed the one that fell out of the wall. You can tell the shelves are leaning downward in front by how the water in the saucers is not even but gathers in the front due to gravity.
