It’s good product with great look, looks great on my celling. Makes minimal noise and too handy to control the fan with remote and it have all the necessary modes, give a good air flow in my room.

I purchased 2 Polycab ceiling fans on 2nd May 2025 from Amazon, expecting decent product quality and reliable after-sales support, but unfortunately, it has been a very frustrating experience. Within just one month, one of the fans stopped working. I initially raised a complaint via email, but received no response at all. I then called customer service and finally got a service engineer visit. He diagnosed it as a motor issue and assured us someone would come the next day to repair it. Shockingly, the same evening I received a message that the service request was closed, citing the product as 'out of warranty' – for a fan that was purchased just a month ago and clearly comes with a 3+1 year warranty. The issue was never resolved, and they closed the complaint without any follow-up. I raised another service request on 10th June 2025, and to date, no engineer has visited, nor have I received any update. Every time I call, I’m told the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, which is clearly not true. This has been a terrible customer service experience, and I’m extremely disappointed in both Polycab for their complete lack of support and Amazon for allowing such unreliable brands on their platform. Customers deserve better. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Polycab products, especially from sellers who can’t ensure basic post-sales service.

This is very good product with minimal noise and maximum speed. Fan can be handled remotely. Colour matched with the interior of my home. However, if room is bigger, large size fan would be advised. The product is value for money.

This 1200mm BLDC ceiling fan gives strong air flow while using very little electricity. quality is topnotch. Being BEE 5 star rated, it helps cut power bills. The remote makes it easy to control speed, timer, and special modes like sleep, breeze and reverse. The LED indicator is helpful at night. It runs quietly and doesn’t wobble. Free installation was a plus and it comes with 3 years warranty. The matt brown copper finish looks classy. Overall, it’s energy saving, stylish and worth the money.

The item is very nice. Colour is good. Very easy to use. It does not make any sound as well. Overall good product in this price.

The brand claims that this fan comes with an RF remote, but the remote simply does not work. For a fan at such a high price, this is extremely disappointing. The product description makes a claim that the company is unable to deliver. I contacted customer care, but they had no proper information or solution. A technician was also sent, but even he was unable to resolve the issue and seemed to have no proper knowledge about the product. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The brand should stop making false claims and selling expensive products without providing proper technical support. Completely dissatisfied with the product and after-sales service.
