Easy to swallow
Works gently over night, without any griping pains. I use in conjunction with another colon cleanse tablet and it does the trick. So you may need to double the dose, or take an additional supplement. Capsules are torpedo shaped making them easy to swallow. Recommended in use with other colon cleaning products.

I prefer these capsules to similar in tablet form. They appear to do the job for me, been taking these 2 daily, for some time. Has been an overall improvement in gut health I think. No quick fixes. No tummy upsets. No explosive results that require you to be quick on your feet, most important for me! So these i find really good 👍

not effective
I finished the entire packet before writing this review. I took the capsules regularly before bed with a full glass of water. They were easy to swallow and had no offensive smell or aftertaste, which I appreciated. The packet has a month's supply with 60 capsules in total. However, in terms of efficacy, I didn’t notice any improvement in digestion, constipation, skin health, or overall well-being. While the format and convenience were great, the supplement didn’t deliver the benefits I was hoping for. It might work differently for others, but for me, it didn’t live up to the claims.
