It was easy to use and just what I needed for my 2 ebikes with hydraulic brakes.

This is high quality mineral oil. Enough to do an entire brake bleed and flush on any bike, front and back. So far so good with riding with it. I don't expect any issues whatsoever. For a fraction of the cost buy this vs the brand name and save yourself some money. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality mineral oil for their brakes.

My daughter has an e-mountain bike and due to the weight of the bike and the speed that she can reach on the bike, the brakes tend to wear much quicker than non-ebikes. Her bike has nice Tektro HD-M750 Orion hydraulic brakes that are easy for her to operate with her small hands but the downside to that is that she tends to wear down her brakes pretty quickly, causing the handles to become soft. This mineral oil works great to bleed the brake fluid and get that firm brake grip working again. The price is decent for two 5-floz containers. One containers seems to work well for about 4 brake fluid replacements.We have had no issues with this fluid. Recommended!

It's mineral oil that works as well as any other mineral oil. I like the two small containers that are shrink-wrapped to keep them from leaking. Nice to be able to toss into a tool box or duffle and not worry about getting oil all over the place. One container is plenty to bleed any bicycle brakes.

I acquired these bottles of mineral oil to use in my bicycles Shimano based hydraulic brake system. Everything seemed like it was fine until I walked out to my bike one morning and my brakes were extremely mushy. Upon checked the system, I found that this brake fluid was thin enough that it was leaking from my caliper fill hole. This may work in older systems, but for mine it was a no go.

The Good:-Appears to be the same as Shimano brand fluid (probably hard to tell the difference in a warranty claim)-Works just like the factory fluid-Better value than manyThe OK:-NothingThe Bad:- May void your warranty (It’s an off-brand fluid)If you’re looking for a good value brake fluid substitute for Shimano brand brakes this stuff is essentially identical to the factory stuff. Works the same and is a better value than the many. It has red color so it’d probably pass as the factory fluid in a warranty inspection but keep in mind using off brand fluid could risk your warranty being honored if you have an issue. I think this stuff is a great value and works just fine, without long term use it’s impossible to say if it would compromise any seals but I’d imagine will have a new bike by the time it could.
