Says it right on the tag, but do you need the tag to prove that? No. Just holding these angelic sheets you can tell it’s the real deal. The golden spun angel hair fibers straight from God himself.Let me explain something to you about bamboo fabric. My Wife is insane about bamboo, when we had our kids she got bamboo onesies and little blankies. As soon as I felt them I realized the hype.Bamboo feels like butter dripping over a cherub’s buttocks. Bamboo feels like French fries taste out of the fryer. Bamboo feels like rayon, jersey, microfiber and silk had a child and it was perfect. Buy the sheets. Trust me.Was I paid for this review? No! My wife and I ordered a new memory foam mattress. We ordered these sheets because a friend of ours told us that they had ordered bamboo sheets and they loved them. The set they ordered cost over $200. We ordered the sheets from Hotel Sheets Direct because the product got a good review and the price of approximately $40 sounded better than sheets that cost between $100 to $200.So let me tell you about my experience:1) they were the most comfortable sheets we have ever slept on. They were soft and kept us cool. Truly loved them.2) For some reason, a rip developed on the fitted sheet. I figured that I bought cheaper sheets and I got what I deserved. I was bummed because I really loved the sheets.3) I contacted the company to voice my concern and see just how good that warranty was. I emailed Hotel Direct on a Saturday at 8:00 AM and received a response by 8:15 AM. Hotel Direct apologized and had shipped a new fitted sheet to be by 11:00 AM that morning.This was the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD EVER EXPERIENCES FROM ANY COMPANY PERIOD! Hotel Sheets Direct is a responsible company selling a great product and they stand by their warranty. My wife and I are so pleased that we are buying a second set of sheets. Don't spend any more than you have to. Order from Hotel Sheets Direct.

I first bought these sheets in September 2017 and then again December 2017. I was so pleased when I finally found such soft, silky sheets that didn’t get rough or pilled after washing! The fact that they are cool is a bonus because I like to sleep cool, especially in these humid Wisconsin summers.But then I purchased a third set July 2018 and immediately noticed they were thinner and not quite as soft out of the packaging. Apparently they are 100% Bamboo Viscose instead of the original Bamboo Rayon. After the first wash they actually came out softer and shinier than the 100% rayon sheets, but had so many loose threads and a tear along the seam of the fitted sheet. After the second wash they had 2 more tears along the seam and even more loose threads. The previous 2 pair had some loose threads, but only after months of use and with no holes or tears. I was disappointed because the first two pair were such a good deal, especially for $35, and have held up nicely. It is clear the new pair will not last long. I don’t know if it is because they are thinner or because of the new material, but there is definitely a reduction in quality. Unless that changes I will have to go to a different seller for rayon or viscose (derived from) bamboo sheets.Update: The seller contacted me and clarified that the sheets are the same material as always. They mistakenly labeled the sheets 100% rayon when they thought rayon and viscose were the same. They were always viscose and the seller changed the labels accordingly when they found out otherwise. They also said certain sets feel thinner and rougher than the rest, but it is a very rare issue and they are trying to determine the cause. Since the sheets have a 90 day warranty the seller sent me a replacement set. They "feel fine" and have not ripped after the first wash this time - just as great as the others. Remember the warranty if something like this happens. Overall, good sheets, especially for the price, with excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Why can these be a 5 and a 1? It all depends on how you sleep and what your body does. My wife gets night sweats and if you get night sweats or are a hot sleeper these are a 1! If need to be toasty warm and stay warm and need that warm heat at night these are a 5!Yes they are cool once you get in the sheets, but as soon as you lay on them they absorb your body heat and shoot it back on you like a heating pad. These are not cool sheets and stay cool for summer use period! These are cool sheets that absorb and magnify your body heat! Take that how you will and what works for you, but if you get sweats or sleep hot don't buy anything 100% Bamboo.

I sleep really warm. I literally have three fans pointed at me every night. Despite the hurricane force winds hitting me, I often wake up sweaty and gross in the middle of the night. I'd done some reading that indicated that bamboo sheets breathe better than cotton and other blends as well as having moisture wicking properties, so I figured I'd try some. The price point on these was right, and the reviews are good. I bought two sets in dark grey.Let me tell y'all something. These sheets are BOMB. I have never slept so comfortably. You need these. Buy them. Now. You're welcome.

I always do my research before getting things and I need to get this review up to help everyone else like me.I have had bamboo sheets before, as well as clothes. Bamboo is always very soft. I can tell you confidently these are not bamboo. The tag on the sheets says “100% bamboo cotton” which is confusing because they say it’s 100% bamboo, so what is the word “cotton” doing there? They are completely different materials. While sleeping in them, they do not have the nice cooling effect bamboo normally has. But what’s worse, is they honestly feel like wool. They are bordering on itchy. My fiancé and I both agree these are the worst sheets we have ever felt.On the plus side, the company was helpful and responded to us in a timely manner.

I recently purchased these sheets after reading several other positive reviews. I was initially a bit skeptical on whether or not the sheets can really be THAT great, but trusted the other reviews and made my purchase. Let me tell you, they are INCREDIBLE. I've never felt such soft, comfortable sheets on a bed. It's immediately noticeable. The second your skin touches the sheet or pillow, you'll say holy sh*t! My wife (who is not usually one to agree with me on these types of things) very quickly said that she would buy these sheets for every bed in our house. This was after ONE night of sleeping on them. I washed them when I received them and put them straight on the bed. Had an amazing sleep. The quality is unreal, the comfort is incredible, you seriously can't find a better sheet for a better price. These are worth every penny.The king pillow cases are nice and long and fit the longer pillow really well with room to spare, the fitted sheet is easy to put on (you don't have to wrestle with it and the corners won't slide up (super annoying with my old sheets), these fit with a bit of room to play but stay snug and tight to the mattress). Honestly, if you want the softest sheets, buy these. You will not regret it. I'm definitely ordering more, and will not buy any other sheet for my bed again.

Stupidest sheet set I have ever purchased! Fitted sheet NEVER stays on and is ALWAYS half off every single morning. I have never had this problem with any other sheet in my life and this set was way too expensive for it to start happening now! want my money back but ofcourse because the sheet stayed on for the first week its no longer eligible for a refund.

The media could not be loaded.  These are the most comfortable, soft, durable and nicely coloured sheets I’ve ever owned! And I’ve had 1000 tc pure Egyptian cotton before... I also have another 100% bamboo sheet set that is around 120gsm from Brielle and they’re great but these are better and a little cheaper by about 15$. These can get wrinkles but I spray a little wrinkle relaxer (which smells so good - I buy from melaleuca because I have sensitive skin) and run your hand over the wrinkled spots and poof!My husband has never cared about/was interested in what type of sheet sets he slept on until now. It’s bamboo all the way for us! We recently spoiled ourselves and got 2 bamboo sheet sets, a weighted bamboo blanket and we have a bamboo duvet cover for the weighted blanket on the way! I still use satin or silk pillow cases to sleep on for my hair and beauty (no wicking of moisture from the face/hair) but from now on I will be only buying these bamboo sheets from hotel direct! I can’t wait till hubby lets me buy more lol I want them in every color 🤩

I have had many bamboo sheets in the past. We thought we’d purchase a different color from a different brand, since the brand we usually buy from didn't carry black for king size. HUGE MISTAKE!! I bought these based on the materials saying 100% bamboo viscose, but it’s not bamboo at all. This sheet set feels like linen and cotton mixed. It’s very starchy and rough.Bamboo is soft like butter and has a slinky texture it’s very malleable. My kids live in bamboo clothes I know the texture by feel.This company is robbing people blind by pretending that their sheets are bamboo based and charging prices accordingly. If you see the pictures the creases are imprinted in the material, bamboo doesn’t crease like that. The labels don’t even list the materials, it just says “bamboo sheet”.😡
