TROIAREUKE A+ Cushion Foundation (Shade 21) I Natural Coverage Foundation Makeup, Moisturizing Finish for Sensitive, Oily, Combination Skin, Skin Care Cushion I Korean Aesthetic Makeup

My new favorite BB cushion! Unfortunately, there IS fragrance in this product along with other questionable ingredients, but the ingredients are still better for your skin than other products. I have light-medium skin, so it's a bit lighter than my actual skin shade which I did expect. (If it helps, Laneige's BB cushion in the medium shade for Target and MISSHA's Perfect Cover BB cream in No. 23 are too dark for me. However, the SKIN79 Hot Pink BB cream is too light for me. I'm between those shades.) I was going to purchase the H+ BB cushion until I saw that the A+ cushion is for slightly darker skin tones, so if you are a light-medium shade, you might want to purchase this instead unless you have bronzer or any foundations that you can mix the H+ with. It's also supposed to be formulated for acne-prone skin, which works for me since my T-zone is pretty oily and prone to pimples. I was surprised at the generous coverage. I've only used this product once but it gave me very good coverage and covered the very red pimples I had on my forehead, the unfortunate blackheads on my nose, the redness around my nose area, and my acne scars. I only tapped the cushion very lightly with the puff but it still picked up a lot of the product and gave me very natural looking skin. I hate matte finishes, so I was happy to see that this gives you a slightly dewy finish. It's very natural looking. I don't own any powder since I rarely wear makeup due to my laziness, but it lasted me for an entire hot day without needing me to reapply it. It also looks great in pictures! My skin looked naturally flawless in the pictures as if I wasn't wearing any makeup. Unfortunately, this is an extremely expensive BB cushion. I splurged on this because I wanted something that was less irritating on my skin than Laneige's BB cushion (which kept breaking my skin out) but it's very hard to justify a cushion that doesn't come with a refill cushion. It does come with an extra puff, but I could only bring myself to purchase this because I rarely wear makeup and I wanted something for special occasions. And in the end, you're exposing your skin to something much less harmful than other BB creams, which might be worth it. I can't see it lasting for more than a few months if you use it often, however.

Nice cushion, as expected with Korean shade ranges, with this cushion being a #23, it is a little light for me on initial application. After an hour or so, it blends in much better. My face is more tan than my neck so a lot of Korean foundations tend to match my neck better than my face. I constantly have acne so I use prescribed medication and I can't really tell if this cushion breaks me out or not. I've only had a really bad reaction to the Missha moisture tension pack cushion and I haven't experienced any big breakouts on my face from the cushion so I think it's alright. As for the skincare part, it is more moisturizing than a lot of foundations, however, I experience dryness from using my acne medication and this foundation, although it feels moist when applying, looks dry and clings to dry patches on my face. I do not set my face with powder, only setting spray, because of my dry skin (I'm normally oily if I don't use acne medication by the way) and I wear glasses. Since the finish of this cushion is meant to be more dewy, it rubs off easily in the spots where my glasses rests. Otherwise, I enjoy the product since it lasts long enough throughout the day for me and provides decent enough coverage that my red spots and acne scars are extremely muted, if not entirely covered up.

I never use cushions. The one time I attempted to use a cushion I completely broke out. Yes, I have extremely sensitive, acne prone skin. I am combination oily with dry patches. I tried this because Edward Avila (youtuber) said he even slept with this and it didn't break him out. I will be flying out of the country soon and wanted a cushion that I could easily and quickly use as opposed to foundation and a brush. I am SO, extremely glad I tried this guy. First off the coverage - mind blowingly good. Starts off at medium coverage, but easily builds up to full coverage (I had active breakouts at the time of use). As it is summer time, touch my face often to wipe off sweat (around my nose, upper lip, forehead). At the end of my 12 hour day, the cushion looked AMAZING on my face. I was so shocked. Not only was it lightweight, but the coverage was insane as well. I also noticed that my active breakouts looked much calmer and much less red at the end of the day. The next day, I had no new breakouts, and my previous active ones looked flatter. I have been a loyal user of Chanel's Perfection Lumiere Velvet + Vitalumiere Aqua for many, many years. Over the years I haven't found a foundation or cushion to stand up to them — until I tried this Troiareuke cushion! I was not expecting that AT ALL. This is my new holy grail and I will be stocking up on more Troiareuke products when I go to Korea next month. Definitely want to try more products from this ACSEN line. If their makeup is this good, their skincare line must be through the roof. Now I understand why Edward and Joan rave about this brand so much.

I have used so many brands of foundation, bb and cc creams. Troiareuke cushions are my favorite. I have oily skin, so in the summer I use the A+ cushion and in the winter I use the Bridal cushion. My skin tone is light-medium but my neck is pretty light with a yellow-olive tone so I can wear 23 in A+ but prefer 22 in the Bridal cushion because it matches my neck more so my face look brighter. It’s so muggy here in NC and yesterday I wore this A+ cushion. I sweated but my face still looked pretty even even though it just looked like my skin (I have a very dull, uneven skin tone when bare). It’s also nice to be able to dab some more foundation on when needed (though I haven’t felt the need to do that.) The downside is it’s pricey since there’s not a whole lot of product in their containers and there’s no refill. So I absolutely encourage you to do a subscription and at least save a little.

I can't believe how much I love this cushion! It's super light weight, and feels and looks like you haven't got any foundation on. I didn't use any primer, as that would just ruin the fact that this is supposed to be good for your skin; I wore it for 8 hours, and not once did it need a touch up. It's definately got more of a dewy finish, which I personally really like. However if you would rather a matte finish you can just powder on top. It's definately worth the price.

I really like this cushion so far. The color is a good match for me (not as grey as some korean cushions) and has a natural finish. I have oily skin, and it can look a little on the shiny side. But I like that it does not look cakey on the skin since that's a problem for me in the winter.

Incredible. Perfect for ACNE and SENSITIVE skin. Very soothing and calming feeling, almost like a skin care. I have super sensitive skin but it does not break me out at all. Semi-matte finish, neutral undertone. However not particularly long lasting, may transfer after wearing a long time.
