Good battery but this has issues
The battery works well and charges my phone quickly and fully. However, I haven’t been able to get the headset jack to work which was my main reason for getting this model. As I understand it, I’m supposed to connect the jack via Bluetooth, but my phone doesn’t seem to see it.Also, the button to activate the battery is VERY easy to accidentally activate in my pocket or purse

The product works as intended, but is of poor quality.Audio quality definitely suffers noticeably, but it can be gotten used to.I had to stop using mine as I discovered nudging the earbuds while they were inserted caused the next track to play.Plus, the vocal "the Bluetooth device has been a connected." every time the earbuds are inserted and need to audibly call out the numbers of any phonecall received was annoying.

It works... keeps phone charged. I bought It for the headphone connection, Bluetooth connection isn't the same quality as hard wired.Case doesn't protect phone really at all.. so, I don't even use it anymore. I put my old speck case back on..........after I got some chipped glass

DO NOT BUY. Last just passed the return window. WILL NOT CHARGE
Disappointing product. Last just about 5 days after return window and then stopping taking a charge. DO NOT BUY this one. It's now just a $38 dollar heavy phone case.

Good case, Great Customer support!
The case is a good battery case that also has a bluetooth receiver in it. I tend to not use the bluetooth part every day its more of a "when in the car and need to plug in" sort of thing, but nice to have and not be stuck without a dongle. The battery works well, the first case I got had a issue where it stopped charging with the cable. Then I reached out to their support who was SUPER HELPFUL and kind. They sent me a new case which got me working again, that one I have had for a while without issues. While the case power on button can accidentally be hit, the over the top great customer support raised my score. :)

I love it, and the headphone jack actually works!
I love it! To be honest, at first the headphone jack “didn’t work,” but then I read the instructions from Amazon(like every teacher tells you to do) and I realized that YOU MUST CONNECT THE HEADPHONE JACK TO BLUETOOTH IF YOU WANT IT TO WORK! Besides that, the case charges my iPhone 8 nicely, and it’s a very nice overall design. All of the buttons click great, and the only thing that’s a bit off is that they could’ve added a bit more protection for the front of the screen, but that’s not stopping me from giving this five stars. Anyways, it’s compromised by the slim design. Bottom line(literally lol): It does what it says it does, and it does it very well—definitely worth the price!
