Don't use Giffgaff. I put 20 pounds on my daughter's watch and Giffgaff won't even acknowledge the credit I paid for. It's gone to waste, there's never anyone to contact. It's disgusting. I've given up. Another reputable firm is my advice. Sorry to disappoint.

Does the credit expire every 30 days?
