I will be honest it’s a little spendy. Especially when compared to some other options like the simple green. But the effect lasts longer and the smell is nicer. It’s best when combined using the granules and the liquid a spot treatment.

I use this product to spray on my artificial turf when it starts to smell like dog urine. It’s easy to use and smells great! It completely neutralizes the urine odor for probably about 2 weeks or so and then I use it again as needed.

Loved the smell of this product, however, I truly believe after I was using it for about 3 weeks, my dog started losing her hair. The unfortunate part is that the Bacterial Cultures in this product are way way down on the list of ingredients. I will not be using this product anymore, as I am hoping this is the actual culprit but it makes sense. I started using Simple Green Pet odor remover ( Bacterial Cultures is # 3 on ingredient list) in July and she did not have this issue.

Smells nice, treats our entire outside turf area. Smells nice after use. Does fade quickly, however we are an extremely high user facility.

I have rental property, the renters allowed their dogs to pee on the pavers and did not wash off , It formed a think layer of Urea Crystals to the point it was solid white .This was highly recommended in spite of its high cost I bought it it recommended 4 to 1 dilution , I used it2 to 1 with NO EFFECT I then went with full strengthWith NO EFFECT.So I can’t recommend this product.IT FAILD .

having artificial turf is great for maintenance except when it comes to large dogs 'potty' breaks. This works like a charm on both the artificial turf and on the mulch area where our dogs do their 'business'. The smell is 'clean' without being overpowering or 'fake'.
