I saw the reviews saying that this isn't a soft foam roller, and they were 100% right. Definitely on the harder side as far as foam goes, but it honestly feels pretty nice on a sore back. Nice compact size. True colors.

This personal size is great for the gym bag. The ridges on the roller aren't so stiff that they'll cause bruising. Much better than the standard 'smooth' foam rollers. Highly recommend!

Hits the spot and isnt horribly painful

This hurts!after rolling out I did temporarily feel better. Very very stiff. No give. It worked for me but I can see others saying it's not good.

It also is the perfect size for smaller muscles. I limit it to feet, calves, and forearms. I find that it's a bit short for things and back, but some might disagree. If you need a roller every day, this is a perfect travel companion.OVERALL, I'm pretty happy with this little roller.

This is great for traveling, but is too small for rolling out my back properly and hard to use. Also the ridges pinch my skin painfully when the roller compresses under my weight (6’~190lbs).Good for arms and lower legs.Wouldn’t buy again. Maybe the bigger one. As it does seem to be fairly high quality otherwise.

This is a nice massage roller in a smaller size. It is ideal for working on an arm, a leg, a shoulder, etc., but I recommend a larger size for working on the back or hitting both legs at the same time.As a massage roller, this is made of a very stiff foam with very little give. The surface is ridged to give it a textured feel when working various muscles. You can put your weight on it to get a deeper massage effect and it is plenty sturdy even under my full weight.The marbled color effect is fun and this is a great tool to have in your massage arsenal. This is also a nice size for travel use compared to a full-size roller.

I really like that this is a more sustainable option for a foam roller. That and the unique coloring are what drew me to this roller. It is a mini roller so make sure to check the dimensions and ensure they work for you! The construction is a bit different than all the other foam rollers I have. Usually they are foam exterior with a plastic tube core. This is foam outside with a sold foam type core. Despite the difference in construction, it still function and feels like all the others to me- somewhat good and somewhat painful, lol.
