The product is generally satisfactory.However, the stand is not perpendicular to the base, which causes the monitor to tilt 10 degrees to the right. This appears to be a manufacturing defect.

Do not Buy. Colour via HDMI are fade. Not fit for PC purpose
Purchasing this monitor has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. Despite the premium price and brand reputation, the monitor fails at its basic function—delivering accurate color output. When connected to a PC via HDMI, colors are completely washed out. Blacks appear grey, reds shift to orange, and the overall image quality is unsuitable for tasks that require precision, such as photo editing.Adding to the frustration, Samsung’s customer service was dismissive. The technician who visited outright denied the issue, claiming the device is "non-defective." Samsung’s response to my complaint was equally unhelpful, offering no real resolution.To make matters worse, Amazon refused to accept a return or provide a replacement, citing Samsung’s denial of the issue. This lack of accountability from both Samsung and Amazon has been extremely disappointing.I expected better from a brand like Samsung and a platform as trusted as Amazon. I strongly advise against purchasing this monitor—or any product—if you value quality, accountability, or customer support.
