Looks nice, works well, easy to pour product into, foams the product

I've had this product for two months now and it works perfectly for me. Any time I've refilled the soap dispenser and had a hard time getting the top part on securely, I was able to resolve it by pumping out excess soap or by "twisting" the top onto the body. I think it looks really attractive on my sink and like the color in black matte. The material doesn't look cheap but if I drop it on the floor it will be unlikely to break. I love this whole diluted soap formula for foaming soap. Saves so much money. I consider buying a second one to use in my kitchen.

Looks nice but it’s complete garbage. After 3 days of use I noticed that water was easily getting inside and the soap stop coming up. It became very annoying to use so I ended up switching it to my old soap dispenser. Not to mention that all the water marks stay visible making it look dirty all the time. Waste of money!

Most liquid soap dispensers threaten to topple over if you don't press the plunger exactly the right way. This one eliminates that problem. It's excellent to use and looks great.

I gave this product 3 stars because it arrived on time, is bigger than expected, and matches the product description. The biggest problem with this product is the soap spillage and amount used. Compared to the traditional disposeable dial foaming hand soap bottles you find at the store, this product has you needing 2 or 3 pumps of soap in order to get you what the amount of 1 pump of dial soap container brings. When the bottle is tilted, soap literally pours out the side which wastes a lot of product so i think the manufacturer could benefit from creating more of a screw on lid versus cutting the corner of relying on a cheap silicone seal and press down/pull out method. Granted, it does look much nicer than a tacky dial foaming soap bottle. But the biggest downfalls listed above has me continuing the search for the most suitable foaming hand soap bottle. 2x the pump means 2x the work too, and if you have kids and they knock this off the counter, youve now lost a good 1/8th of your liquid foaming handsoap supplied. I was kinda disappointed honestly. The matte also shows extra liquid that spills down the side which for someone with any amt of ocd, it delpetes the touch of elegancy added.

I saw some videos where buyers did not seem to understand this was a FOAM pump. You mix 3/4 water with liquid soap. That is the whole reason I purchased this one. It works great and I love the simple, clean look of it. Will likely buy another. The only thing I noticed is it slipped a bit on the wet counter. Maybe some grippy texture on the base for future models? Other than that I absolutely love it!

Happy with this purchase. It's great for foam soap, but definitely will not work with traditional soap.
