Just as it's advertized, it really does pick up the frequency and displays it instantly. However, there is a little downside to this. Although it does pick up the initial frequency that you play when plucking/strumming a string, that note is slightly sharp since there's force making the string tighter at the initial strum.If you wanna tune with this guy with both speed and accuracy, I'd really recommend using the 12th fret harmonic, and strumming it with not too much force to avoid getting a sharp initial note.Also, the little "handle" between the footswitch and display doesn't get in the way when pushing the bypass button. I've noticed some people over-exaggerate their experiences with not being able to push the bypass down due to the handle thing.Also, the clean boost is a very nice touch. However, I wouldn't really use this as a clean boost. The frequencies of the LED lights illuminating are also caught in the signal. It's subtle, but it's there. Not noticeable when playing gigs, though.

Won’t even turn on when hooked to instrument and amplifier. Total waste of hard earned money - and pretty poor response from the company. All I can do is send it back. They made no attempt to replace tuner.

Super fast response to guitar/bass signal. Output level control is great for quietly checking notes or crank it to use it like a boost. Display can be seen even outside. Pre cut velcro and rubber foot.(you choose) No battery can be a bummer but hey, WTF would they put it?

Just a low level tuner....when it works it fair but crapped out after a few months.

Decent tuner, but the tuner on my Line 6 M5 is more accurate. It is very fast at detecting the note, but actually tuning it is another story.

Si ya no tienes espacio en tu pedalera y te hace falta un afinador básico o un boost/mute este pedal es justo lo que necesitas. Hace lo que promete. El afinador es lo suficientemente preciso y se ve claramente tanto para ensayar en casa o tocar en vivo en lugares oscuros (no lo he probado bajo el sol). No permite ajustar la frecuencia de referencia (440 Hz) pero no es algo que yo necesite. Tiene un control de volumen que permite usarlo como boost de 10 dB, que cuando los pones frente a un ampli de bulbos son suficientes para llevarlo de limpio a overdrive o bien puedes ponerlo en 0 y usarlo como mute para afinar en vivo.Le doy 4 estrellas solo por una razón: Si tienes un ampli de alta ganancia, pones un fuzz enfrente (yo uso el Little Fuzzy Drive) y pones el pedal en mute antes del fuzz, alcanzaras a escuchar un poco de ruido. No es un gran problema cuando ensayas pero podría ser importante si tocas en vivo. Aún así recomiendo ampliamente el pedal por el precio.
