This came quickly and does look exactly as pictured. It works well at removing the surface hair. It's easy to use and for the money it is a good value. The brush is great, but I wouldn't say it's soft. Only note I would give is don't set it brush down unless it is empty as it will leak.

So easy to use, and the collar is super cute! I have a number of these in different styles and this one works just as well as any other. I love the cool steam, no heat to burn or scald. The bristles are semi-soft silicone, but hard enough to really grab the fur and hair. It is really good at loosening fur. My cats feel so soft and clean after they dry. Better for medium sized cats. Just remember to clean the fur off very often or it will start to drip because the steam is being captured by the fur and hair.

It does collect fur but it also mists enough that it makes my cat wet. Not something I’ll be able to use often on mine.

My dogs hate it, it doesn’t really work well, and doesn’t stay charged long.
