Have used this for a few years and satisfies all my needs for ultra-marathons.Particularly came in useful during a five-day race in Spain a couple of summers ago.Ensures good hydration and takes the worry out of that aspect of running. Particularly good for hydrating the night before and on the morning of a race.Precision Hydration advisors are also top class and will happily direct you to the best use of their powders and tablets after completing an online ‘sweat test’.Wouldn’t be without this stuff.

I get severe cramps after exercise and this stops it. Tastes okay and works effectively

As a professional rugby player I like to ensure that I am always on top of my hydration levels throughout the week and especially pre match. Having gone through a period of cramping in my calves shortly after half time during a game I have found that this product has majorly reduced the frequency of cramping in games. Having suffered from cramp during my cycle rides over the last few months I decided to research a number of products. I came across this one and having taken their online questionnaire and receiving a personal plan of what products I required I brought both the 1500 and the 1000. I was recommended taking one 1500 sachet the night before which I did with a further sachet 90 mins before the ride, I used the 1000 sachet during the ride. To my delight this combination worked for me, not only for the first time in months did I not get cramp during my ride but staying hydrated also made me stay stronger throughout the ride. The one downside I had was that I had to go to the loo 5 times during the night!

Use this for hydration before and after long runs and in the run up to a marathon to ensure nutrition and electrolytes are optimum. Good value and prefer the sachets.Easy to use, dissolves to leave no residue and the taste is great. Others have said these are salty, I personally don't find them to be. I prefer a bottle of water with rather without Precision products.

Second time I've purchased these. Used as a pre run electrolyte drink when I'm putting longer miles in (10+) or as a pre race drink.No harsh taste and helps to keep you hydrated. Excellent!
