The hues and gradients are great, the markers are plentiful of ink, they're vibrant and blend well. I would recommend using paper specific for markers or any paper for wet applications. I use the flat untextured back side of watercolor paper. Only one of the markers arrived dried up (CG 0.5) but I have to experienced this with high end markers like Prismacolor and Copics too. It just happens sometimes. The greys don't have the most smooth transition between shades, but for the money I can't complain. I bought these because I have a lot of downtime at work and like to draw, but didn't want to bring my pro markers. I'm really happy with what these can do.

I've been wanting to play around with a set of these artist makers for a while but didn't want to shell out the cost for an expensive pack.Pros:Variety of colors and shades to work with.Duel tipped markers offer fine and broad points.Set came in a nice reusable zip pack with removable pen tray organizer.4 additional gel pins were included- 2 white and 2 black.Cons:Some of these colors are very very very close to the same shade reducing your color choices down.Some of the inks are incredibly light offering only a slight tint upgrade from white.That white pen.... doesn't work on black and offers no use other than possibly edge bleed or blending which eventually fouls out the tips.A lot of tan-ish shades and very little orange and greens.Those numbered tips offer no real aid in organization. This set shipped completely unorganized color wise and I ended up sorting them (see my photo) based on cap shades rather than numbers.Overall, I think this is a decent starter set to play around with. Because these are 'alcohol' based markers I do question their life span possibly drying out rather quickly so I'm going to make sure these are capped well after use. I'm disappointed by the very similar colors and super light shades included in this set, but over all it's not a bad set. At the present price of $16.99 this seems with in fair market value for this set depending on life of these markers. I will update if I run into problems with future use.

These are my most favorite thing rn!!! I love all the colors and how GREAT they work without leaving lines. I love how they’re double sided one fine tip and the other broad. The zipper on the case broke off the 3rd time I used them but it’s all good. They’re still the best!

If you are buying because they are on sale or a good price for the amount of markers, then get it. I got sucked into that. The picture is of Embarrassment from Inside Out, first time using the marker and you can see has already dried out. Blending is terrible. I don’t know how other people star’d this product higher. Just tells you that sometimes it’s better to pay the higher price/better products.

I bought inexpensive alcohol markers from Ross last month and have been enjoying coloring with them. However they started drying out so I came to amazon and bought these. They were at the same price mark as the other ones I bought so I thought I'd like them. I am NOT impressed. They do not blend well. I loved my other markers because the streaky lines would disappear with a little effort.I really hate the storage bag as well. It's very difficult to get the markers back into place.

My (school) office has indoor windows. I’ve made several seasonal murals on the windows with these and they haven’t run out. They have a tendency to not fully cover (you can see light through them) but they worked great for my purposes.
