A good training mat
This training mat is proving popular with my children. It's a good way to help them to get better with ball control and figure out little tactics and skills to help them within the game. I like that this mat isn't very big as it helps to tighten up your ball control, helping you to get out of a tight tackle. The mat itself is good quality and has a slight texture to it so it's not slippery. It's easy to fold up and store afterwards and is easy to clean too. My daughter is enjoying using it regularly and my son, who isn't as interested in football, is also enjoying trying it out too. It's a good idea.

Football Control Training Mat
My nephew's children 12 year old boy and eight year old girl both play team football. He plays for the Oxford United Academy and she plays for Summertown Stars. Both are excellent players, fit and fast but both can improve their ball control skills and this mat will definitely help them do that. A good investment to help them master ball control at a high level.
