Careful! Top of the class cutlery! Pointed and sharp!
Careful! Pointed tip got me again, as I am not used to such sharp and pointed cutlery. Quality is front line, first class and rivals the finest! Went BIG! Best purchase for me!

Cuts through Ribeye's like its butter
I buy the whole Ribeye's at Costco and cut into individual steaks... this knife makes it soooo easy, already paid for the knife with the money I saved on the steaks - only thing I had to do to it was drill a hole in the handle to hang it. Great knife

Worth every penny.
Wow! I am totally impressed. This knife went through the pork tenderloin like it was butter. Looking forward to cutting up more slabs of meat and saving more money. The quality feels nice and balanced.

Gets the job done.
I'm new to cutting larger cuts of meat down into small cuts and portions and saw the Butcher Wizard using this knife in his videos. I just finishing slicing a prime rib roast into ribeye steaks and this knife made it so easy. I'm not practicing with a blade this long, but it was very easy to handle and worked just like he said it would. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

So far good
I’ve only used the knife once so far, to slice a prime rib into steaks. It did a good job. If I could make a suggestion to Butcher Wizard, it would be to make a leather sheath for the blade to protect it inside a drawer. You could put a hone inside the sheath also, to keep the knife sharp.

Fantastic for Cutting Large Cuts into Smaller Steaks
I love this breaking knife! I was watching Butcher Wizard’s YouTube video on how to save huge amounts of money by cutting up a 20 lb Chuck Roll into steaks, roasts, etc. and came across this knife. I have plenty of knives, but nothing long that would make an easy job of cutting steaks from a larger slab of beef.Such a great purchase! I cut up a capped sirloin slab into perfect picanha steaks. I just used it to cube a 5 lb brisket into stew meat. Love the knife for large cutting jobs! Basically it makes it so much easier to buy those bigger meats at Costco and quickly cut into way cheaper ribeye, sirloin and chuck steaks than buying them pre-cut into individual steaks❣️

Love the knife, hate the shipping.
This is a great knife. It cuts smooth and seems to maintain its sharpness. The biggest issue is it took a month to get to me. Amazon, as it does so often now days, seems to have "lost" it for a while and was very late getting it to me. But, at least, it did get to me. More often than it should happen, orders seem to just disappear in shipping. And Amazon rarely does anything to "make it right" as they state. Terrible shipping. Great product.

Support BW
Have seen 1-2 BW's videos on YouTube on "How to save $ by butchering your own steaks", and was happy to give this product a shake.Arrived in a simple plastic wrap and a protector right at the point which was a bit surprising I guess. Considering this is a product from the "Butcher Wizard", you would expect a small detail like a sheath to not be overlooked, and could have been away to differentiate from the competition.... I digress.Very shiny upon arrival, but put it to work with a strip. Cuts easy, precision is good, handle is fine. For its current price ($49.99), I'm not sure I would advise in purchasing- especially considering the same knife made by a well known brand with centuries long pedigree of QUALITY are cheaper... Another detail that I think was overlooked by the "Butcher Wizard" brand. I'm not sure you are paying for that same quality in this knife, and that does kind of hurt to say.If you are unfamiliar with Butcher Wizard, check out his channel and learn some tips on the art of butchering :)
