I am a repeat user. I enjoy most of the flavors other than the açaí berry (person preference). They are not overpowering and they definitely hydrate you. Unless you're engaged in physical activity you probably only need to make a water bottle full each day. I also don't see any unwanted dyes in my drinks. I have compared the ingredients to the cheap store bought mixes I was using, and they are hands down much better. The only downside is a the price.

First time purchase. Love the variety of flavors. No strange aftertaste taste. Tropical Punch is my favorite. Very refreshing. Will purchase again.

Ordered these for a trip to Disney World. They came in useful as some were feeling lightheaded and headache achy. Hydrating with IV hydration seem to help maintain a normal status. Recommend taking it before you feel symptomatic from the sun.

Great for your body, but boy do they have a salty aftertaste

I got these as a cheaper option to the Liquid IV. We donate plasma bi-weekly, so wanted to ensure our hydration was in tip top shape. I’m a VERY Hydrated human. I use my Hidrate Spark bottle like IT owns ME. But I felt the need to up my quality of hydration for these donations. Now I often get comments on how well hydrated I am when they do the pre-donation test, so 5 stars! Plus, they honestly taste better than Liquid IV. Less salty.
