The zipper is sturdy and doesn't easily get caught in fabric. It holds A LOT! The clips are nice and hefty, so I wouldn't worry about whether they will break. Adjustable for your neck size. Also included is a longer strap (I didn't use). It worked really well on a week long trip to hold soft clothes (work out leggings & shorts, socks, underwear, tshirts, pjs). I didn't have to pay the airline luggage fee. Will continue to use this and recommend it. In fact, 3 of my friends have already purchased and used it. 10/10!

The zippers on this travel pillow are very so-so. Sometimes, they work with no problem. However, once you put anything that isn't a t-shirt in it, the zippers start to act sticky and weird. Whether you're trying to open or close it, sometimes it doesn't move. Give it a little bit of force and you'll be set. As long as you aren't frantically trying to get something out of the pillow/bag, you'll be fine. That being said, this thing is incredibly spacious! I plan on using this as my main source of luggage for my future travel plans. I took a quick flight and was able to store ALL of my travel stuff in here without having to pay for any additional luggage. This counts as a PERSONAL item, the same way a handbag/purse would. This is incredibly economic, and even fairly comfortable as well! As long as you don't mind the zipper, it's an absolute win.

Excited to use this, and it holds three crinkle skirts, a sweater and some unmentionables. But suddenly I’m hearing airlines may not allow these without it counting as my carry on?

I like you can pack a lot in it. That it supports neck. Gives extra room in suitcase. Has large opening ( zipper) area to get things in. One end has zipper.. Ajustable Strap to hook close to neck and ajustable long strap to carry over shoulder( aprox 3ft). 2 in one purpose. GREAT!!! 28 INS LONG about 7 1/2 inches wide. Soft Fits along bottom of jaw line. Supports both sides of head. Well worth the $$

If you are going to use a neck pillow on an airline flight, I highly recommend. I rolled up tshirts and stuffed them in the pillow. It allowed me to take extra clothes and it was comfortable to use.

Will enjoy this product during ny travels overseas

This product is so poorly made. Had hard time zipping up and unzipping it. This product is cheap quality, the metal loops that holds the strap separated and I was no longer able to carry it on my shoulder. It's a great concept to get more clothes in but the pillow ends up being so hard I couldn't use it as a pillow anymore.

Es super amplio. Pude acomodar varias playeras y calcetas. Lo único es que se tienen que acomodar bien para que no queden demasiados bultos, pero una vez acomodado, queda muy bien 👍 me ahorra mucho espacio en mi maleta
