For the people that had their sandals break, has Chaco made it right? Has anyone gotten a replacement or refund?

I filled out a form on the Chaco website and 48 hours later they replied to say they were sending me a replacement pair. My original pair lasted 2 months.

Is there any kind of manufacturer warranty on these? I've had two different pairs of these break after wearing each less than six months.

The manufacturer defers to the store’s 30 return policy. I’ve lost 3 pairs now for the same reason.

How do I return a pair for a bigger size?

Can just go through Amazons return workflow if it’s still within the window
