Reading this book has helped me to understand where my supervisor is coming from. His expectations are not high, but he just wants me to succeed.

This was very helpful, I wish I could have read this book when I first took my Supervisor job before Covid19 hit as it would have answered a lot of my questions early on. This book really helps guide you into being a good Supervisor and explains what you need to do to stay out of trouble and how to lead your team in the right direction. I recommend this book for anyone going into a Lead role or a Supervisor role as it will help you greatly.

Not gonna do this for another 5 years.

This is good for your staff or even yourself to read to gain better knowledge and understanding. I def. recommend.

Gives you all the tools to start as a supervisor with concrete examples and smart little tips. Very helpful. I would recommand it!

What a waste of money. This book is very poorly written. It has really bad grammar and, I do not think the person who wrote it really knows anything about being a supervisor.

Large fonts. Double spaced with even bigger spaces between sections. It is more like 25 pages worth of information. Had plenty of typos. A lot of the information is common sense in general. You will read this book in about half an hour.

I like to get to the roots of my job occasionally and this and books like it, i find helpful little titbits to think about. I wont be coming down on my staff like a ton of bricks, but after reading this I’ll definitely be tightening the reigns.

If youre a new supervisor or even contemplating whether or not to take on the new position, this book will help you prepare for the challenges ahead and set your expectations accordingly. If you’re already in a managerial/supervisory position, this may unveil a new way to approach your employees and your day to day tasks.At the end of the day, leaders lead and difficult decisions must be made. A perfect supervisor/Manager does not exist but this book will definitely set you on the right path and will place you in the right frame of mind.

Its a good book for new supervisor in the field. Its a glimpse of what really happening and teach you how to deal and what to expect in your new journey. It is first hand lesson before jumping into something you do not know.

This book is quite short but delivers every thing needed to becoming a great supervisor. The fact that it can be read in an hour means i can read out again and again to brush up on my supervisory skills.

This is a short, easy-to-read, inexpensive book. Is it well-written or well-edited? -- NO; but the sections are well laid out and the contents contain several good tips, particularly for new supervisors or team leaders.
