Thi is the third time this is happening.i books the item.during tracking it has seen that just after it is out for delivery it is shown as cancelled by me.when contacting customer care .it is cancelled they are helpless,now please book again.this happened three time.1st time i thougt it was random.2nd time i contacted cus.care,they told me it was leacking so returned.then why it was written as cancelled by customer,no answer.now third time today it happend they send it back writing it as cancelled ,contacted cus.care,they told me they dont know what happened,but they can do nothing ,they can only raise a complaint like last time,when asked status of last complaint there is no information.is Amazon an MNC or some 3rd rate online agency who have no control over their delivery agents or system..there is nobody in higher level to contact as per cus.care.Any Regional manager or some athority in Amazon is there please be informed ,there is lot of pilferage. ... the WORST MOST experince
