Waste of money
Make sure you know where this is being shipped FROM. Was under the impression that I was ordering from the EU but it was shipped from the US adding and extra week on for the delivery.Had to buy a US to UK adapter just to get it to plug in.Before first use, watched a handy little Nespresso video on YouTube on how to work the equipment. Followed the steps to make myself a latte and when switched on, I instantly smelt burnt milk. Now it will not switch on at all.Absolutely disgusting for a piece of equipment to cost so much for it to not work.

Useless. An undeclared obscure electricity plug.
The electric plug was entirely obscure so no alternative bur return to Nespresso US and given late arrival had only a few days for return. a complete waste of time by Amazon not declaring foreign connector plug.

Wrong voltage
Arrived safely to my UK home but was USA voltage and plug. Info could be a lot clearer about imports
