SO GOOD!
Excellent pasta, product of Italy! Pasta made in the US tends to upset my system but pasta made in Italy doesn't seem to be a problem. This is no exception, it tastes wonderful and is not upsetting!Follow the instructions and it cooks like a dream, and it tastes amazing with the slightest hint of sourdough.This is a genius product. I will be re-ordering, 100%.

Great pasta
This pasta works well as a replacement for normal pastas in basically any recipe. The sourdough flavor itself is relatively muted, so it won't impact the overall flavor of your food. Easy to cook and the texture was normal.

Very good pasta; tastes homemade
This kosher sourdough pasta is very good. It cooks up easily and doesn’t stick, even without me adding anything to the water. The directions are accurate. It tastes more like a freshly homemade pasta rather than something that came out of a box. I would definitely order it again as well as other offerings from Bionaturae.

love the texture
You can smell the sourdough when cooking but the flavor doesn't stand out much at all when cooked. The texture is nice with these thick noodles and I ate them with just a standard basil tomato sauce and some sausage. Absolutely delicious, very pleased with these noodles.

Excellent Sourdough Pasta
I was honestly pretty hesitant to try this but I'm glad I did. The smell while cooking, as others mentioned, is a pretty strong sourdough bread smell. It's not bad but it's different. Smell is a huge component of eating and so is the power of suggestion.I feel like if I had not cooked it myself, I would not have noticed that it was any different than a standard dried flour pasta.

Yum!
I had no idea that pasta could be made from sourdough! I was excited to try it and was not disappointed! It tasted great. One thing I loved was the sourdough smell while it was boiling. It made the kitchen smell so good! However, I the flavor of the sourdough noodle was not overwhelming at all. It was flavorful but not much different than regular pasta, so don’t be afraid to try it! It cooked up really nicely and tasted great. I used a jarred red pasta sauce and loved it, but I think it would also be really good with a cream sauce. I had never tried the fusilli shape before. I liked the shape a lot because the sauce kind of got in the folds of it so I had lots of sauce in every bite! This is a product of Italy and seemed like premium quality to me. Highly recommend!

Delicious Pasta!
The Bionaturae Fusilli Sourdough Pasta Noodles are delicious. The pasta emitted a sourdough smell and retained its spiral shape while I boiled it for 9 minutes. However, when I tasted the cooked noodles after I finished boiling them, the sourdough taste was very light. When I added tomato pasta sauce to the noodles, the sourdough flavor was no longer perceptible to me, but the pasta did have great texture and flavor.I do like that the ingredients are all natural and that the cooked pasta tasted very fresh. The fusilli spiral shape really helps to keep the pasta sauce embedded with the pasta. I found the Bionaturae fusilli sourdough pasta to be very delightful!

Delicious pasta. Smells like sourdough bread when boiling. The sourdough flavor is mild when cooked.
This is really good pasta. I have never had a pasta made with a sourdough starter and I must say, I’m a fan. It smelled good while boiling and cooked up with a nice al-dente, chewy texture, which I always appreciate. I did need the full cooking time recommended before it came into a fully cooked texture; I started sampling at 5 minutes, and then every 30 seconds after that (some pastas are waayyyy overdone and soft if you cook them the full time). It’s a thicker spiral, so it held its texture well. The sourdough flavor is present when cooked, but it is mild and somewhat lost once you add a sauce, though in all fairness, a rich sauce will overwhelm most any pasta, though the flavor of the pasta does contribute, even if in a behind the scenes sort of way, to the overall perception of a dish. This is very good. I would gladly order more from the brand. Do salt your water to bring out the flavor of the pasta.
