Today I received this beautiful watch, but I saw there is no plastic protector on the crown( the small knob used to set the time), and it is hard to start watch without any manual. When I clicked on Troubleshooting for support there was an error on page. I think all expensive watches should have a small manual, if there is no Plastic Protector available. I did Google to find help doc, but that also not worked. Looks like battery might be down, but I m not sure. Anyhow I processed to replace/ return this item.
