Only what you need. Only Oriya. Review: Best natural pre workout! - Truly one of my favorite products for that extra boost of energy before a workout or mid day slump. I also take this before going into the mountains to help with my altitude sickness. I love that there is ONLY 3 ingredients and there is no chalky texture or bad taste (unless you don't like beets). I usually just mix with water but it tastes great mixed in lemonade, coconut water, and smoothies. Great buy, will buy again and again!! Review: underwhelming - this product is cool, not what i would consider a preworkout by any means. more so just an nutrient rich supplement. my biggest disappointment though, was peeling back the paper to see that only 1/5th of the container came filled?! all in all, most likely won’t purchase again

Only PP I can digest! Great energy booster.

Mixes well, though seems pricey for volume
The container was ~1/3 to ~1/2 filled, so it seemed like very little for the value. Easy and quick to mix into my smoothies/bowls, but feel like I get more value from snacking on beet chips.

The Best of the Best
Happy to have found a beet powder with no stevia in it. I also like that it has no added caffeine or creatine ingredients and doesn't give me the jitters like some the other pre-workout powders I've tried.

A bit of a bump
I did not notice a huge energy bump. Perhaps some though.

Five star company
I love all Oriya products. The only products that don’t both my stomach!
