Nice flavour, I feel more energised. They're smooth and gummy. I've had some progress with my cycle by using these so they work for the pcos girlies

I do love taking my supplements in gummy form. They have a pleasant taste and are not too sweet. They are very gummy and tend to get stuck around my teeth but that's a minor thing. I decided to try bee pollen as it is meant to have anti-inflammatory properties so I am hoping that it will eventually help with the arthritis in the base of my spine. As with everything, it will take a while to show much improvement, but I can honestly say that since taking these gummies it certainly hasn't got any worse, so they may be kicking in. Time will tell but I am more than happy to keep chewing on them until they show signs of helping.

I think it is very effective, even makes my skin glow and better. Taste is good to easy to chew too. I'm happy with it.

These gummies taste really nice. You have to stop yourself from having more than one a day. It's a decent sized tub with 120 gummies, which is a 4 month supply.It contains Bee Pollen which is the main ingredient, alongside some Vitamin D and Zinc. Its a product for general health & wellness. I can't say I have felt or seen any benefits so far, however there are benefits associated with Bee Pollen, so I am going to continue taking. And its a mini treat having a flavoured gummie which is like having a little sweet.

Best thing about these is no sugar. Instead Stevia is used.The taste is a pleasant red berry taste.Easy to chew and digest.Only one a day is recommended.I've been taking for a couple of months but can't detect any obvious benefit, so will need to reassess after four months.However, I do think these may have boosted my immune system as I've not had any colds, sniffles, sneezes, coughs etc, even after being caught in downpours.So maybe these are more effective than I realise.

An entirely pleasant way to get some daily nutrients. The gummies have a nice fruity taste even without any added sugar. Pretty good value if you have one a day.
