Wicked cool idea, great way to practice even indoors
I got this to help my son practice soccer and its winter right now so we use this thing indoors and its incredible. Firstly, we have a few different size balls we use and this trainer uses a sort of "sleeve" mechanism that the ball fits into so you can switch ball sizes anytime you want. It has enough room to run around with it and even practice juggling. The waist band is adjustable so it fits me, 55 years young with a 32 in waist, and my son whos 8 with a tiny waist, so its highly adjustable for different sizes.Its great quality too, the cord is nice and thick and this thing has taken a kicking with no signs of wear other than a slight discoloration to the soccer ball "jacket", some of the yellow looks to have rubbed off but thats it.

My kid loves training with this
This is a really great tool to train a kid for soccer. The ball does not go far and so there is not a lot of running around. Great training tool.
