This is one of the best thoughts I found has so many trace minerals and elements. It is assault that is actually good for you. I’ll never use table salt again.

I am very picky and look for only high quality salts, this salt is perfect. It’s not expensive because you get what you pay for. It contains much needed minerals which benefit your health and the size is perfect for the cost. The salt is fine grain and perfect texture. A little goes a very long way!

I drink a lot of water and had been buying electolyte packets to replinish, when I decided it was time to make my own with better quality & no BS, and save money. For my drinking water, about 32oz at a time, I use ~500mg with ~200mg potassium chloride, covers my electrolytes and taste is mild, no weird artificial sweeteners or sugar, I add a pinch of stevia extract but I don't really mind the taste of that much salt in 32oz water anyway. Saving money and it works as well or better than prepackaged electrolyte mixes.

You don't need to use much of this. I put a small pinch in my water bottle to help get my daily minerals. I cook with it. It doesn't take much. You use less than the store bought salt.Has 72 minerals. It's very fine and not clumpy.

Salt tastes great and it has more potassium then other brands so for me that is a must (Not as salty). I use this for Sole water and my cramps at night or in the morning seem to be a thing of the past the moment as long as I take. Basically a supplement for me I will use long term.
