They taste really nice and some reviews say they stick together I’d say that’s because they’ve been left in a warm area because mine aren’t sticking at all and easy to chew and swallow. A far better way to get your creatine than having to use powder just keep in a cool dry area to stop them sticking together.

Tastes much nicer than other creatine gummies I've had and they are small so very easy to quickly eat 4 just after gym without affecting your appetite for a post gym meal. £20 for a months supply is pretty good value whilst being just as effective in preventing aches the next day. Also doesn't upset my stomach which Ive noticed previously with some powder forms.

I have always found creatine powder to not mix to well, and never enjoyed the taste of it , I found these gummies to taste really good , I have not yet finished my first tub so too early to see any sort of results , although I have noticed the effectiveness in my strength has gone up in being able to push out a higher number of reps in myBody weight exercises , the packaging is easy to store , the taste is nice ( blueberry) I’ve never struggled with energy so can’t call on its effects overall good value for money thus far

I swap my usual powder to give these gummies a bash. I train 8 hours a week, it's been nearly 2 weeks and I have decided these aren't for me! They're basically just sweets! Tastes good but I'm not getting endurance hit, actually quite the opposite! The recommended dose is no more then 4 gummies per day, got to a point where I took 8 and to be honest it's not going to be my "go to" source of creatine.Based on TASTE : 3 stars.As a Creatine : 1 Star!

These are absolutely delicious. They taste like the typical gummy sweet. Their texture is great too - it reminds me of Turkish delight. The pineapple flavour doesn't taste artificial - it tastes of dried pineapple. Honestly such a great way to take creatine. And it feels like a treat 😍
