Better than expected- like the multi ventilation- big wheels are versatile for road or grass - big enough for bigger dog or two smaller dogs (maybe more) - it pretty much hit all my needs. Some reviews have mentioned broken wheels but I have not had this issue and not sure how much weight or conditions may impact but for “normal” usage as I have used (2 small dogs on the road or park) I could not expect much more

I wrote this glowing review, and now just after using the stroller only 5 or 6 times, a wheel fell off/broke. I see now many others have had the same issue with this problem, and the company is not helping them. I contacted the company, and they implied I was lying, and wanted "pictures" Oh, I sent them pictures... and what a hassle. I asked for a replacement wheel, but now seeing customer service's true colors, and that the problem persists for others, I'll pass. I'm returning the unit to Amazon.This stroller is quite solid, and performs smoothly. My senior dog's bed fit perfectly inside it, and he is comfortable the entire stroll. All the side and top panels roll up nicely, and I am very impressed with the thought that has gone into the design process of this stroller. We were on the fence about getting one, and with so many choices out there, it became overwhelming. In the end, we decided to go with this one, and could not be happier. The minimal assembly is super easy, almost too easy! The ease of which it collapses - it's like butter... the ride is smooth and it turns on a dime, rolling beautifully. Had a minor/small issue, and was able to speak with their customer service dept. They were quick to respond, and their communications were on point. Best of all, they provided excellent customer service, and I couldn't be more pleased with both, this stroller and the service received. If you're considering this one, I literally cannot say enough about it. My dog loves it. I love it. I've recommended it to our FB dog groups, and others are pleased as well. I am not incented, or in any way affiliated with them. I believe that when things are wrong with a product or service, you should speak up. I also believe that when things are right, you should also speak up. I try to give both equal weight. That said, this stroller is great. Really, really great!

Handle could have been taller/longer. I keep hitting my feet on the stroller as I'm walking & this wouldn't happen if the handle was a bit longer.

My dog is 58 pounds and approximately 19” high. She is missing a front leg which is much worse than missing a rear leg.This stroller has been a God send!!! It isn’t too high, so when she gets tired she is still able to jump up into it with ease. The opening is ample in size to allow a much larger dog to enter/exit the stroller. I did cut off one layer of zippered door (screen is still in place) due to excess hanging when tied up.Only down side: I wish they had placed the additional pockets on the sides of the stroller to eliminate competition of space with doors.
