Haven’t actual used them yet, but naught them as I was looking for the variety of colours, and they are indeed very vibrant, opened one and it is as I expected, looking forward to using them.

So there's enough variety to paint a rainbow which was my granddaughters request!You can use on a variety of surfaces...paper, canvas, stone, wood, walls etcOnce you've painted your surface (you may want to do more than one layer to build up thickness), you charge the paint, either by sunlight, lamp or a UV lamp.A huge selling point in my opinion is that this is entirely safe to use, non toxic, no fluorescence is used, so you can confidently use it with children.The paint goes on smoothly and evenly, and it dries quickly enough for you to add more layers.We painted some rocks for the garden, sadly my phone isn't good enough to take night pictures, but they do look very pretty and glow well.They'd be a good way of marking out different areas to see at night, so can be used practically as well as artistically.The paint contains waterproof particles, it will be interesting to see how well it fares while out in the elements.I'm giving 5 stars as I think this is a great activity to do with children, as well as being fun for adults.

These glow in the dark paints are great for kids, primarily as they are not toxic at all. They are perfect for kids school projects where they can show off, or alternatively, decorate kids bedroomsThe description states you can apply to many surfaces, such as glass, plastic, wood, paper and rock, but I've only tried this on wood. It does say you need to apply thick coats, but then you need to be ready to purchase more as there's nothing worse than running out half-way through a project.It does take some practice to spread it evenly as it's thick, but with a bit of practice, you should be fine.The overall result is not that bad, but the glow only lasts around 30 mins and that is after it's been exposed to a direct UV light. I wish it could have lasted much longer.I've still yet to explore other surfaces and what I can do with this, happy painting and exploring.

In the box you get 10 different colour paints in decent sized bottles which are clearly labelled with the colours inside.I tried using the paints in a few different ways; on cardboard, white paper, as a highlight over acrylic paint and on a rock.I first tried brushing some of the paint undiluted onto brown cardboard but found it almost transparent to the eye during normal daylight. I tried applying a much thicker layer on the cardboard as I was hoping to see some really effective results but when I turned out the lights, I could barely make out anything.I next tested on white paper first with just one layer of paint and then by using multiple layers of paint, letting each layer dry before adding the next to see if this improved the quality of the glow. When just using indoor lighting I couldn’t see a glow when the lights were turned off.I put both the cardboard and the white paper painted samples in front of a UV light for 30 minutes and then turned off the lights. Now that I have not relied just on the indoor lighting I have achieved much better results and the paints do actually glow, albeit the purple is still rather weak compared to the other colours.I added some of the colours over the top of an acrylic painting. I left the painting out in daylight to see if it would glow when the light was reduced but was left disappointed, but when I put the painting under a UV light, I could see a glow when the lights were turned off.For just under £20 at the time of writing the review the paints are reasonably priced and well packaged. You will need to build up a few layers of paint and they look better over the top of an acrylic base paint. To achieve a decent glow, you really need to place the painting under a UV light for a length of time as indoor lighting does not really have much of an effect.

Absolutly fantastic paint being acrylic it sticks to almost everything and anything so far i have used it for Note spots on a guitar and it really does glow in the dark as an experiment i also painted a house number and true to form it also glows perfectly for around 30mins to an hour ,The colour range is just perfect and every colour flouresces perfectly i cant recomend this paint highly enough and at £19.99 its a steal

As soon as this arrived i was itching to try it!I am 3d printing some fantasy garden ornaments for my garden and only had white filament left to print with so when i saw these up for review i was really pleased.'Upon testing them i fount the coverage to be really good and smooth, The paint has a nice consistancy to it and looks amazing when dried, and yes it does glow!!Nice paint at a nice price and i would easily recommend it..
