Works fantastically on the xt-3
Fantastic piece of kit enabling you to use your Nikon g lenses on your fujifilm. You need to go into your fujifilm settings and set it to take photos without a lens, then it will work fine.Aperture is set to the lenses smallest and the aperture ring will only change it by 5 stops. So if you have a F4 lens you will not be able to goto F16 for example. It does have a bit of weight to it but it is of excellent build quality. I have used it with a 50mm Nikon lens and a 70-200mm Nikon lens and there is no movement whatsoever when it’s all connected up. It is a superb fit.Focus peaking works fine when using the adaptor and focus is spot on.( see photos which were taken in a dimly lit room)Sharpness is retained throughout. With the Fuji being an APS-C and my lenses made for full frame there is a crop of 1.5 making my 50mm a 75mm on the fujifilm and when using the 70-200mm it gives me a focal length of 105 - 300mm due to the crop with no loss of quality. If you have Nikon glass and a fujifilm x camera this is definitely a win-win for you and saving you money. Yes it cannot auto focus, but this is a small price to pay, manual focusing with peaking is far more fun anyway.I definitely 100% recommend this adaptor.

Excellent piece of kit at a silly price!
If you have a Fuji X mirror-less camera and also some old M42 screw thread lenses, then this is the kit for you. Fit this between the camera and the lens and you have a perfect, stable conjunction between the two.It has been made out of what appear to be good materials, brass I believe, with what appears to be good metal mounts at either end. There is, of course a down side to using these adapters and that is that you have to manually focus the lens, manually set the aperture, and because of the crop factor of the APS-C sensor a 50mm lens is halved again and becomes a brilliant 75mm portrait lens, but with the advantages of the 50mm lens - in other words the depth of field remains the same, as does the aperture so you do not lose any speed of the lens with this adapter. For an example if the 50mm lens was a f1.4, then on this adapter it becomes a 75mm f1.4!! Try buying one of those for this sort of money. Many may find this a backward step, but it is something that you soon get used to doingThe advantages are that M42 screw thread lenses can still be acquired cheaply by today's standards, some as cheap as £20-30. Add the prices of the adapter and you still have a very cheap lens, especially when you consider that Fuji XF lenses tend to sell at about £500-600, and remember a lot of these old lenses are built solidly of metal and glass with hardly a glimpse of plastic anywhere. Treated well will last a lifetime as well as given brilliant results.

Fits well, nice quality, does the job
Nice well machined, well coated adapter. Looks good too. Unlike a cheaper version I tried the release catch is well designed and doesn't let light in, so the extra money (this is thrice the price) is worth it, and I didn't have to wait several weeks to get it. Using a 1970s Summicron-R 50mm lens it takes suberb photos on my Fuji XT-10. Note that this transmits no lens information to the camera, neither mechanically (from a Leitz lens cam) nor electronically if your lens has contacts. So it has to be used with a camera which has automatic shutter control or be used manually.

Fits well, good product, good value.
The product is the Olympus OM mount to a Fuji X series mount. The object of the exercise is to try and use 3 OM prime lenses, 35mm, 50mm and 135mm, on the Fuji X-A2 mirrorless camera.Very fast delivery, well packaged. The adapter is well made and looks good.Initially the OM lenses did not seem to lock in the adapter and fell off, other reviewers have had the same problem, but... the OM lens have a little button on the side which you press to hold in the metal latching catch, if I held in the catch and then turned the lens firmly in the adapter it locked perfectly. The adapter was easy to attach to the Fuji camera, turn and click. So the adapter now fits snugly.I have only had chance to take a few photographs, remember the lenses are manual lenses, so set the aperture on the lens, perhaps set the focus to infinity on the lens and then on the camera(Fuji specific) set the option take photos without a lens, use aperture priority and manual focus. To get good photos you need to understand and practice these techniques. To buy 3 almost equivalent Fuji lenses would cost nearly 4000 pounds, the adapter with delivery was less than 25 pounds.

Old Lenses Don't Die ***Updated***
Old lenses don't die - the live again via a K&F adapterThis is the second K&F adapter I have purchased and like the first it is exactly as described, well made, has a nice tight fit to both mounts and works perfectly on my Fuji.If you have a mirrorless camera and any old lenses I would highly recommend giving them a new lease of life via one of these adapters. I'm using this one to mount my 1959 NIKKOR-H 28mm f3.5 to a Fuji X-T1 which not only looks great as a combo it works well, is easy to focus, meters correctly and I'm having great fun shooting with it.EDIT:Picked up a third K&F Adapter this week for some Carl Zeiss lenses I have.Looking forward to a battle of the Nifty Fifty'sEDIT:The count is up to FOUR now and they're all superb. Really can't knock the quality in any way, they're excellent value for money and the life they bring to old lenses is priceless.EDIT:Make that five as I added one with a m39 thread to use an old Jupiter 8 lens

The adapter's simple design makes it easy to use, and it securely attaches my M42 lenses to my Fuji camera body. It's a reliable tool that allows me to explore new creative possibilitiesby using vintage lenses with modern technology. This is a must-have accessory for any photographer wanting to take advantage of the many cheap, high quality second hand M42 lenses available.
