Could I cut the 300' to 200' and hook it to a 1/3 or ½ HP sump pump to pump water out of a pool, into the sun, and back to the pool to heat it?

Is this rated for in-wall use?

I'm looking for something to protect an extension cord running from one outbuilding to another, ideally to bury. Would this work?
