I like the texture of this butter, it smells amazing, sort of like coffee. I love the way my hair feels after using this. My hair seems to have a shinier look to it. This is my second order of the Batana Oil from this company. Product came boxed, sealed and in pristine condition. The smell is that of dark roast coffee but it is not overpowering. The solid oil melts quickly on contact with the skin however it has never left my hair greasy. I use this oil every other day on the thin areas in my crown and around my edges as a leave in and once a week I use it as a pre-shampoo conditioner. In a month and a half I have seen significant improvement in my hair health. I have noticeably less breakage and have a lot of baby hairs coming in around my edges. This product is absolutely wonderful and my hair has never been this soft, shiny, or healthy.

I like the mask; it smells good and leaves my hair soft. I use a little product to avoid greasy hair and only use it on my ends. It eliminates frizz. I think it is a good product, but I'm not sure it helps with hair growth.

I've been reading and seeing videos on Batana Oil so decided to give this seller a try. My package was received within 4 business days of placing my order. The Batana Oil is in a solid form and a little goes a long way. I have been using it on my edges and my hands for about 2 weeks. My hands are smoother and softer; I don't expect to see progress on my edges until at least 2-3 months. I am noticing a softness in the section of my hair where I'm testing this product. I plan to use Batana Oil during the winter months on my body to stay moisturized. I love the coffee smell, it is invigorating.

This stuff left my hair the softest I have felt it in a very long time. But speaking of a very long time, that is what I spent trying to wash my hair free of the oil after doing an overnight 'mask'.I shampooed 4 times. Twice with a shampoo bar, and twice with straight Dr. Bronner's liquid castile soap (which was what finally cut through the oil). I had shampooed twice and then dried my hair afterward, only to find my hair still incredibly greasy.Adding the Dr. Bronner's into my dry hair and massaging it in before adding water was what finally worked.The smell is to die for- like tropical beach goddess level. Just be prepared to call in to your day job.
