Good Quality Pliers — No Slipping or Flex
I’m really impressed with these Tsunoda resin soft jaw pliers. The jaws are advertised as “soft,” but they’re actually a hard plastic/resin feel rather than rubbery. Personally, I prefer this — they don’t feel spongy or cheap, and they still protect surfaces while giving a very positive grip. The joint is tight with zero flex or play, which makes them feel precise and well-made. The spring-loaded handles are also a nice touch, making repetitive work comfortable and smooth. Overall, they feel like a quality Japanese tool that should hold up for a long time. If you’re expecting rubber jaws, these aren’t that — but if you want firm, non-marring jaws with excellent build quality and smooth action, these are excellent. Highly recommended.

Best hand tool I own.
I can’t believe I’ve done without these pliers for so long. The quality is a pleasant surprise. Besides the non-marring jaws, they have slip joints and are spring- loaded. Plus you get an extra set of replacement jaws. Highest marks.
