Saying that this is the best pad for hip thrust is an absolute understatement. Once you start adding more than just few plates, the bar always ends up digging on whatever part is most uncomfortable, but with this pad it changes radically. The quality is amazing (which is necessary when having 300lb plus of weight on a minute portion if it) the comfort out of control and the price is quite acceptable. I dont find it annoying when rolling it up to position (as I’ve read in other posts) but then again maybe my legs are not so chunky. Even if it was an issue, id rather put two plates on the side to elevate the bar slightly… something I’d not use it for: neck protection. I dont think you can use it for squats or even good mornings. Either way, the price might be slightly higher than others, but its justified (for hip thrusts) and be prepared to get people coming up to you to ask about it.

Bought this pad as hip thrusts were getting too painful. This is the perfect solution. It fits the bar really well and helps to protect my hip bones from bruising. I've been able to increase my weight to 100kg and I know it'll support higher as I get stronger. I was a bit concerned that it would hinder range of motion but I've not had that issue.

Ist wirklich super. Wie immer muss man schauen, dass der Verschluss auch oben bleibt, aber die Polsterung ist echt super, auch bei 140 KG und mehr an geladenem Gewicht.

habe bei Hip Thrusts mit höherem Gewicht das Problem, dass die Stange auf das Schambein drückt und das tut weh. Dieses Polster hier ist absolut klasse! Richtig schön dick und weich. Federt den Druck der Stange klasse ab, tut absolut, was es soll. Ich spüre keine Schmerzen mehr. Dazu noch süße Farbe und leicht zu reinigen. Absolut zu empfehlen, Gamechanger für mich, klasse!
