Nice fit not loose. It’s giving me nice ankle support during mma training. Love the way it looks and feels. Holding up good. I was worried about slipping on the mat with these but so far so good. We will see how long these last. My biggest concern is it getting loose over time with grappling and pulling. So far it’s holding up well.

Supported my ankles beautifully—high quality and good material, comfortable as well. I even used these while weightlifting as I have moderate ankle pain and it helped a ton with my squats!The only complaint I have is with the fit, even with the largest size it can be overly compressive to the point of difficulty when putting these on or taking them off.Overall, it is a great product for ankle support.

The material of the wraps seems decent and comfortable, and it has good balance of stretch and compression. An issue I had with it was that the elastic seam at the ends of the ankle wrap tends to dig into my foot, which I found uncomfortable and couldn't continue wearing them for training and sparring. I had some success folding over the edge to cover the elastic seam with an extra layer of fabric so it wouldn't dig as hard into the bottoms of my feet. It might be more comfortable on someone with narrower feet than mine - I have very flat feet and I think it caused the fit to be a bit off.

I got these for my son who does Muay Thai as he has had issues with his ankles hurting off and on.So far, he is loving these. Not only do they help support his ankles, but it has been giving him extra protection from the kicks he receives. He said that these feel very comfortable when on, not cutting into his skin. He wears a size 10 shoe, is 5'10 and 150 pounds.I have hand washed these and hung up to dry.

Great to relieve aching soles, and as a compression tool to relieve issues with a healing Achilles tendon. Breathable fabric and generally comfortable, save for the stitching around the heel. Not too sure how to improve it, but after an hour or two of use, the stitching begins to feel like it's digging into the skin and gets itchy, and eventually painful enough to require removing. Using it with socks lessens the issue though

This ankle support provides just the right amount of compression and stability without feeling restrictive. It's comfortable to wear during training and helps prevent injuries. A great value for the price!

I got a pair of these after getting an injury from firing off a roundhouse kick during sparring and getting the elbow of my opponent. I had the foot x-rayed but fortunately it turned out to be a sprained tendon rather than a fracture.These supports have been really useful during the healing period - allowing some degree of sparring (although I've been a bit cautious) during rehabilitation. I'm 5' 10" and have a 11 foot - these fit me well and provided good support.

Pros: These ankle supports provide great support for soar ankles from age and years of sports. I got them to alleviate some general ankle pain and they do just that. The spandex material is thick and I have worn the braces for hours at a time and find them very comfortable. With other ankle brakes I have found discomfort and pain from the edges of the support cutting into the bottom of my foot after prolonged use. I have not noticed that issue with these. I think that is because the material is thicker and the brace extends horizontally across a bigger section of the foot, getting the edges out of the tender arch area. As I mentioned, the material is thick and this makes the ankle support warmer than a thinner fabric. I find this to be an advantage as the heat stimulates circulation and added with compression provides better therapy to the ankle than thinner fabrics. The braces just feel good on my feet and alleviate the pain.Fit: I wear a Men's size 10 shoe and these braces fit great. Out of the bag they were stiff, but I stretched them a little by hand before putting them on. They go on easy and don't move around once situated. They will also stretch out a little over time like similar products. I noticed some reviewers complained that these are too tight. That surprises me...for any support the product has to be tight, otherwise it is just a sock with a heel cutout.Cons: My main complaint with these is that the company logo printed on one support is junk. Right out the bag the logo edges were curled up and rough. I grabbed one of the edges, gave a little tug, and that section of the logo came right off the material. I tried a couple more places and the same thing happened. This won't affect function, it just makes the brace look cheap and of poor quality. The 2nd support didn't have this problem. The logo was affixed to the material like you would expect. Maybe I just got a brace from a bad batch or something.

Das Logo wäscht sich zwar sehr schnell ab, aber das ist bei allen Knöchelschützern gleich und das spielt auch keine große Rolle. Wichtig ist dass sie nicht so schnell ausleiern und lange festetn Halt bieten und das tun sie!

Mehrere Sportverletzungen führten mich auf die Suche nach Stützstrümpfe für die beanspruchten Bänder des Fußgelenks, das Paket Knöchelbandage Unisex konnte ich kostenlos im Amazon-Produkttest-Vineprogramm anfordern und erhielt schnell und zügig gut verpackt die Gelenkstützen. Meine unvoreingenommene Produktrezension:Meine Erfahrung mit den Knöchelbandagen kann ich nach mehrmaliger Verwendung mitteilen, weil sie mehrstündig über mehrere Tage im Einsatz waren. Ich bin dabei mit dem Fahrrad (keine E-Bike) im Einsatz gewesen. Schuhe oder Socken haben sich nicht daran gestört, alles hat soweit gepasst.Der Effekt war spürbar eine Entlastung der Knöchel, das war sehr angenehm und tat mir einfach nur gut. So konnte ich auch nach mehrstündigem Radfahren feststellen, dass meine Fußknöchelgelenke ziemlich gut entlastet worden sind. Es trat auch kein Schwitzen oder ähnlich negative Temperaturbeeinträchtigungen auf, jedoch betrübten die Nähte meinen Eindruck nach mehrtätiger Verwendung. Während dem Einsatz begannen sie nach 3 Stunden etwas zu drücken, unangenehm und sie hielten mich dann auch davon ab, das Produkt weiterzuverwenden. So bin ich leider gezwungen, wieder auf einfach Stützstrümpfe zurückzugreifen, bis ich vom Hausartzt / Orthopäden geeignete medizinische Entlastungslösungen angeboten bekomme ( zu einem höheren Preis ).

Beim Sport eine Super Stabilität und kein umknicken mehr

Mit diesen Bandagen sind die Knöchel wirklich bestens gestützt. Das Material ist hochwertig und auch die Verarbeitung ist okay. Ich war in der Vergangenheit schon immer wieder erstaunt darüber, wie sehr derlei Bandagen für die Fußgesundheit bringen. Regelmäßiges Tragen bringt da die besten Ergebnisse. Diese Bandagen werden ihre Aufgabe erfüllen!
