I normally purchase the original meal replacement product but due to raw materials shortages Amazon only had this product in stock. I used the original product as a meal replacement to help curb appetite and blood sugar which worked very well. This product is mostly for after working out. I added the attached list of natural ingredients to make it more of a meal replacement and just didn’t meet expectations.

I love the flavor, I do however taste a chalky taste after I take a drink. I use it after a workout, and I think it could be a littler thicker. Other than that I love it!

So disappointed with this product. Tried it alone and in shake with banana and could not hide the vile taste. Had a chalky, sandy texture in the mouth. Totally unpleasant experience. I bought it as the ingredients sounded awesome but the flavor is too bad to ever reorder.

I buy the chocolate flavor of both this 'recovery' and the 'daily essentials' because I like the ingredients. Other brands used a ton of fake sweeteners / stevia and I despise that taste. I for real just mix a scoop with water in a shaker after workouts or in a morning rush. With the right amount of shaking (i have a hard plastic ball) there are no bits and the taste is not chalky or too sweet. No shake I tried tastes fantastic, but this brand is my fav... I also order tumeric supplements (stopped taking aspirin that time of month) and some of their other stress/aging supplements: no adverse effects, only positive else nothing I noticed. Feeling "safe" with supplement brands is a big deal to me, and they are also mostly effective.

I absolutely love this post work out shake. I mix it with almond milk and 1 banana which makes it taste even more delicious! My fiancé mixes his with water and ice most of the time and he loves the taste as well. I shared the ingredients with my personal trainer and he approved. Highly recommend!!!

Totally understand this is plant based but the taste reminds me of some chinese medicine, I don't think it's bitter for me but I imagine to some it might be, if they hate the earthy taste. It's not that unpleasant but I usually blend this with other products. You can feel the texture it doesn't blend like super super fine, that's to compare with some protein shakes that when you drink it you can't even feel it's from powder. Overall not too bad, if the taste can improve this would be very nice

It rates good and not only messes up my stomach because it's plant proteins but even if you happen to not have a blender or shaker it mixes well. Have only tried it with water (which usually I hate) it wasn't bad! And isn't too sweet or rich!

I purchased both vanilla chai and chocolate. I prefer the chocolate one. Both taste good but chocolate taste better to me. The vanilla chai flavor is over powering if you are wanting a simple flavor with mixing berries in it. The second time around I only ordered the chocolate and it was super late tooknover 1 wk to get. A bit disappointing
