Product arrived well packaged and described. However, I’m not happy there’s not a single English pamphlet.. oh well, first time I used it I noticed redness improvement on my dogs eye 5 hours after administering into the eyes. (My dog had pink eye)It definitely helps get rid of it! Only reason I’m giving a 4 out of 5 is due to no English directions

Like another user said , I didn’t read the letters in a different language, everything else was English I was expecting instructions or descriptions in English. It is already open , doesn’t come with a seal protection or seal band nothing, no sure if keep it or return it.
