Awesome time saver!
This machine works amazing on hard floors. I hate having to sweep, vacuum and mop floors every few days. This cuts down the time and effort it takes and makes the floors very clean. The water tank is a little small, which means more refilling and more dumping but the cleaner is concentrated so it doesn't take a lot to get the job done and the floors dry very fast.

Great job!
Lightweight simplicity with ease of use and cleaning. Has printed on instructions. Should be dumped and rinsed clean before storage to avoid moisture smell. The shoulder gets a workout for big surfaces even though it kind of propels itself. On bigger tasks it requires Multiple rinses of roller, cover, and tank assembly. All in all, great clean of flat surfaces! Not exhausting at all, super easy to use! Great for what I needed! I could see a robot version of this.

Works great
I ordered a Bissell CrossWave and returned it because it leaked water on my antique pine floors. I was about to give up on wet/dry vacuuming but then decided on the Shark Wet Dry Vac So glad I did. This machine propels itself! Very easy to fill and empty the clean water tank and empty the dirty water tank. Cleaning the roller is also a breeze. It puts just the right amount of water on the floor. So happy with purchase.

Quick and Easy. Perfect for maintaining a clean house floor
This Shark Wet Dry Vacuum Mop All-in-One Cordless Hardfloor Cleaner has changed my cleaning routine forever. The combination of a vacuum and mop in one device is a game changer—it saves so much time and effort. I wanted to buy something to replace having to use my swiffer everyday. And this is it.The cordless design makes it incredibly convenient to move around the house, and the battery life lasts long enough to clean my house. I am taking 1 star off because the water tank is small and i needed to refill it in about 20 mins. It was only a minor annoyance and I still got to vacuum and mop my floor way faster than having to use my dyson and then the swiffer. I also love how easy it is to empty the tank and rinse the filters. I hate using my dyson bc its very inconvenient to get the debris out of all the crevices. This vacuum just needed a quick rinse at my sink, which is a huge plus for me. I am planning to use this device every 2-3 days and using the steam mop in between but I personally feel like this vacuum is more hygienic then steam cleaners because I am using a clean filter after each use.The device comes with a charging dock, which you can use to dry your filter and vacuum head (after completing the self cleaning cycle). It does what it is supposed to but it does feel a little flimsy. Not a huge deal breaker but I do wish the charging dock was a little bit more sturdy and more aesthetically pleasing. Right now, I have the vacuum hiding in the corner of my sunroom so it can charge and I can dry the filters after each use.Overall, the Shark Wet Dry Vacuum Mop has exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to buy this at first because I’m a huge Dyson fan but this device won me over with its functionality and price. I highly recommend this efficient and incredibly easy to use product to anyone looking to simplify their floor cleaning routine!

Update: faulty machine
Update: This item is faulty and is no longer available from the manufacturer. Evidently, it has a problem with the valve so the machine thinks the clean water reserve is empty even when it is not. Via the manufacturer warranty, they offered to replace it with one of lesser value. Best to buy from a different company, IMO.I used this today for the first time. I am absolutely blown away by how easy it is to use and understand. The amount of schmutz it picked up from my hard floor was stunning, as is how clean my floor now is. The height of the head is small enough to easily navigate under a standard kitchen cupboard (AKA toe kick or kick space). The description doesn't state this, but it swivels so nicely that navigation, especially into and around corners is surprisingly easy and a total pleasure. It practically pulls itself forward so there is little need to push, and pulling it back toward yourself is easy as well. A couple of caveats: after rinsing, I would not leave the brush in the machine. The instructions state that you should let it sit in the tray to dry out for 24 hours before using again. Since this comes with a second brush, I've removed the brush and the two water containers to let them thoroughly dry out before using again. I gently squeezed the brush with a clean rag to get most of the moisture out of it and then fluffed it up before leaving it to dry. The other caveat is that after using to the point where the clean water tank is about ½ to ⅔ empty, it sometimes registers as completely empty which causes the machine to shut off. I found that this is due to the handle being tipped back at an angle (like when you're pushing the machine forward) so that the bottom of the clean water tank has little to no water touching it. Restarting it with the handle in a more upright position works just fine. It's a bit of a design flaw IMO, but not a game changer. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who loves clean floors but hates mopping them!

Just okay
I was debating between the Dyson wet vac and the Shark..... bought this one instead after reading reviews and watching vids. Just received this morning and ran it twice. We have tile floors throughout the house. The Shark did a reasonably good job cleaning the tile. The unit is light weight. Suction is good. Several 'don't likes': 1) does not edge well at all, 2) the handle does not drop down low enough to clean under tables, bar stools, chairs, etc.. 3) the wheels squeak like crazy, 4) after shutting off the unit, be prepared for a small puddle of fluid on the floor, 5) Self cleaning mode did nothing for removing dog hair from the roller.I may end of returning and purchasing the Dyson.
