Performs well , easy install in duct, noise level is acceptable.

Got this for one of my grow tents and it's made a huge difference in my air quality, temperature and smell. Works with a plug in speed controller for total control but will need to be purchased separately. Even at halfway, it's will suck in all the walls of my tent and no smells can escape. With a new filter, you can stick your nose straight in the exhaust side during week 8 of flower and won't smell a thing. Temperatures drop at least 5 degrees from sucking out the hot air and my CO2 levels are relatively high from constantly circulating in house air. On hot days i can turn it up even more to help with the hot air. Works just as good as my big name brand vent fan and for less money. Highly recommend for the value, performance and quality materials used.

I was excited to get this product for a DIV project, but I has discovered that the vendor has changed the product now. They advertised that the duct fan came with a speed control knob, which I really need, but the product I received did not have one. I even check the model number to make sure I got the right version and I did. The fan is very well-made and it can move air, but without the speed control, it will be running at maximum speed all the time.

Heavy duty, simple to use, great ventilation:This product is pretty large and decently heavy - the product is very solid and clearly well made and designed. Using the product is very simple since there aren't any complicated controls involved and the only thing you need to use this is access to a plug or extension cord. The size and weight of the product translate into a very powerful duct fan that can ventilate a decently large area on its own. If you're looking for a home ventilation unit for a hydroponic setup or similar, this may be a bit more heavy duty than you need, but if you need to clear out a serious amount of air, this could be a good option for you.Overall, this is a good product and I would recommend.

This thing moves a massive amount of air.Really quiet. Much quieter than my portable ventilators and moves a lot more air.Very sturdy housing.Great product. Great value.

This fan has some power-there is great suction and moves some air. Apologies that I do not know all of te technical aspects of this. I got it for my large shed to help move the air when it gets hot while I am in there. It is easy to install and again, does the job well. i do unplug it from time to time like stated in the description says, to inspect and clean. Well worth the $100 (8 inch, at the time of writing).
