Why did you pick this product vs others?: Delivery was on time however the product quality checks are missing. The inner cloth pocket is missing the zip holder. This is disappointing despite buying a well known brand 😒

Worst bag in quality , broken and cracked in one travel , when checked from airport baggage pickup it was broken and cracked plastic , no customer service , they are not picking up any phone calls , no respond , no proper point of contact for these ,

Lightweight. Great value for money. But Compared to my other previously bought American Tourister luggage, this bag has inner lining of some stiff plastic like material and not soft fabric. Otherwise no other complaint.
