Nice Little Knife
This is a nice little knife. Keep in mind, that it is small. It is smaller than it looks in photos. Think medium-sized Swiss army knife size in the hand. Kind of feels the same way, as it has some heft for its small size. Disappears in a hand or a pocket.Solid feeling. A thin, D2 Steel Blade, in a slicey, stabby shape. Decent steel, but will need a little care to prevent rust over time. Nice aluminum scales, and solid feeling hardware and crossbar type lock. The action is decent. Blade flips open and locks solid. Blade falls back freely when unlocked. Due to the small size vs my hand, it's a weird one-handed open. Best to flick with the back of my thumbnail for snappy action. It's a great looking knife. Kind of has a fancy, dressy look and feel. Due to the small size and the stylish appearance, I'd opt for going with some color to make it pop. I got the one that is a silvery-light blue, depending on the light reflection. The brass colored accents are a nice touch. Someone put thought into the style and appearance of this one. It's like art-deco meets industrial. What would you use it for???? A small, EDC knife. A dress knife. Something for the office, or for places where bringing a bigger blade would be inappropriate. Something for light-task type, everyday cutting here and there. For times, or people, who don't need or want to carry a bigger blade. Light fidgeting with small hands. James Bonding with just a light sprinkle of John Wicking. What would you not use it for???? Hard outdoor use, harsh conditions, salt and water exposure, battoning logs, gutting fish, Rambo movies, heavy/intense John Wicking without James Bonding.Overall a nice knife. I give it almost 5/5. I'd opt for your preferred colored scales, and the D2 steel will work nicely for what you would use it for. Pice compare its size to the Spyderco Caribbean, Bestech Swordfish, and Spyderco Tasman Salt.

Great pocket knife
What a great little knife! It’s just the right size for carrying daily. It came nice and sharp easily passing my paper slice test. It’s been handling the chores of lunch everyday. From slicing meat and vegetables to opening packages all with ease. It opens and closes super smoothly with the thumb stud. The pocket clip is very strong, no slipping loose for this knife! I almost chose black but this color is just too cool.

High Quality Budget Knife
The media could not be loaded. Bought this knife as a light weight EDC in place of my Benchmade bugout that’s gone missing. I needed something to fill the gap.I considered between buying the mini indium or the original full size. I needed the knife to fit in pants like scrubs, athletic pants/sweats, slacks, and in the waist band of my gym shorts without being obnoxious due to size or weight. So I went w/ the mini.First observation: I like how the knife looks but I was concerned about its size. Even though I knew I had just purchased a small knife, it still seemed smaller than I had anticipated. I’m a bigger guy (6’7” 245lbs) w/ big hands. This knife barely had enough handle for a 4 finger grip, which I was pleased to at least have that. But I probably won’t be using this knife for any “heavy” cutting jobs just because I would prefer to have I bit more wiggle room to choke up or down on the handle while still being able to maintain a 4 finger grip. Other than the small handle I feel very secure gripping the knife and don’t feel like it will have the tendency to slip.Second observation: Ease of opening, the knife has a super smooth action right out of the box but the lock bar was kind of sticky at first. I also noticed the smallest amount of blade play when pushing side to side on the blade. This was easily fixed by tightening the pivot screw, however this slowed the action down a bit. To fix that I just used one drop of oil at the pivot and it runs perfect now.Third observation: The weight of the knife is just what I needed. It’s just slightly heavier than my bugout but I really can’t tell the difference when carrying it, which was my biggest concern. I’m able to put this knife in any pair of pants (including gym shorts) and it disappears.Final observation: The knife is just as sharp as any of my benchmades right out of the box. I’ve had other knives with D2 blade steel and it’s always been hit or miss. I suppose it has to do with the heat treat of the blade, but so far I have had zero problems with cutting things like; fruit, plastic bags, tape, and cardboard.Overall, I am happy with this purchase. I’m VERY impressed by this knife especially for it not being US made. It’s the highest quality budget knife I’ve ever purchased. It is by no means as good as my Benchmade bugout as far as blade quality, action, weight to size ratio, and warranty. Despite all of that it’s still less than half the price of a bugout and checks all the boxes for me to use this knife as an EDC with confidence.Well done Kershaw!

one of Kershaw's finer knives.
excellent build quality. buttery smooth action. no complaints. absolutely love this knife and it comes in all sorts of versions ie. titanium scales, better steels (S30v), automatic launch, reverse tanto etc etc.it's is a lite in the pocket though, barely noticable unlike the original full size Iridium.

Nice Knife
My knife is exactly like the video; opens easily and closes all the way, when held vertically. It appears large but drop it in the pocket of your pants and it disappears.Incredibly sharp and I like the spear-point more than I thought I would.Just wish it was made anywhere but China; however, that was known before ordering!

Solid fidgety EDC knife
Possibly one of the most fun knife I have bought so far. The lock does take time getting used to as well as the size. I have pretty small hands and this still feels small in my hand at 3 inches. I would recommend the 3.5 inch size for future purchases. The sharpness of the knife is pretty sharp as expected for any new knife, however I wish the knife was just a tad bit sharper as after a couple of uses just opening some boxes at work or amazon packages made the edge of the knife feel more dull and I had to sharpen it myself. Overall knife is worth the value, would recommend the normal size or even the Kerhsaw Bel-Air as they have the duralock.
