No it didn’t even come close to meeting my expectations. I ordered and paid for a vented tailgate for a 2010 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty Extended Super Cab Pickup truck. What came to us was a GM & Chevy vented tailgate. Doesn’t fit!!! It was promised to be picked up for exchange yesterday December 11, 2019. It’s still here! I called the pickup company and they said “they forgot“. Really? ”They forgot?”What I need is to obtain....is a ‘Vented Tailgate for a 2010 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty’Nothing is happening except you asking 2 times if I am satisfied. I’m not satisfied and as a matter of fact, ”I’m pissed off”. Stayed home all day yesterday waiting for the pickup of the wrong vented tailgate. Apparently, they forgot! At least that’s what they said. If I don’t get the right tailgate soon, then I want my money back, plus any future dealings with Amazon will cease. If they do pick it up soon then I’ll want my Dodge 2010 2500 Heavy Duty vented tailgate delivered very soon or money back! Let me know your intent very soon. This was a great product. Easy to install and looks good too. Quick delivery and I am very happy with this purchase.

The tailgate itself is well built but the hinge parts are a little cheesy... I added a cable between the locks but still have difficulty when closing the tailgate.All in all a decent product for the cost.

I bought this last year to put on my 2001 Chevrolet 2500 HD truck. I opened up the box yesterday ready to install it and it does not fit! The catches that came with it will not fit my Truck. Very disappointed that I did not open it sooner and then I could have returned it. Now I cant use it. The label said it would fit my truck. Do not buy this it will not fit.
