Worked GREAT on my vintage vinyl floor!
Lots of colors to mix to get a close match-up.I’m an artist, so color-mixing is my jam.Takes a bit of practice to get the wax to drip- you’ve got to turn the tool tip a bit. Once dry and buffed out, even I have a hard time finding where I fixed the burn/gouge/holethat was left by the former homeowner. You’ve got to look closely!

Did the Job!
It works OK if you put the time in. Since wax is a filler, it tends to hold onto dirt after some time.

The easy use of product
Liked the easy simple instructions. Was sceptical but the ability to blend the scratches is awesome. Would recommend to a friend.

not bad
Nice kit, basically has most colors you would need for funiture. I had a cabinet come in that came damaged and this was the perfect time to test it. before the scratched wood would definitely splinter off, so this wax came in handy so now it's fine for us to use.It was hard to use this though, as you're kind of painting with hot wax. But overall, I like it, and it makes it safer to use the cabinet now that there is no stray wood around. If you don't want the difficult part of using filler and painting, this is a easy alternative to do. As long as you don't look close at it, it's not super noticeable.

It works but good results are difficult to achieve
This is a wood, laminate, vinyl, and linoleum repair kit from A-Heyida. It includes 11 colors of wax, a heating tool, two scraper tools, masking tape, two microfiber cloths, batteries, and an index finger & thumb cotton glove. It should be noted that none of the 11 colors is black or anything even slightly close to black. The one that kind of looks black in the product pic is just dark-ish brown. I decided to try this kit to fix a white door that has a crack in the bottom panel. The white wax doesn't match exactly, but of course there are a million shades of white so I didn't really expect it to be a perfect match, so that part is okay. I inserted the batteries and followed the directions to heat up the wax and fill the crack. The instructions say to let the wax cool and then scrape off the excess, but it wasn't clear exactly which of the two tools I was supposed to use to do that. Besides that, scraping the cooled wax with either tool kind of made it come off in chunks. I ended up reheating the wax and using one of the tools to scrape it smoother but couldn't really achieve a smooth finish. The instructions also don't really explain why one of the scraper tools fits on the heating tool. Nowhere does it say they are to be used together. Ultimately my repair looks okay, but I'm not sure if it really looks any better than just having the crack. I might find a woodgrain texturizer that can be used with an iron to make it look better. I may have been better off just painting over the crack but I'm really not sure. But that does bring up another issue. I'm not sure if this wax is paintable, but I certainly hope so or I'm going to have to melt it back off again. That's something the instructions should mention. All in all, I suspect this kit would actually work really well for someone who actually has some skill, but not as much for a novice.

Not a good solution for high end wood products
This item is a colored wax repair kit for wood and vinyl. Included is a heating device with scraper cover that runs on 2- AA batteries, which are included. You also get 11 - colored hard wax blocks, a texture scraper, 2 - cloth, a roll of masking tape and some instructions. All the pieces are kept in a storage box. The process is simple. but getting good results is a challenge. Color matching is often difficult. The instructions say to use 'the' dense sponge to finish the repair, but the kit does not include such a sponge. The product description says to to use 'the' wood marker to finish, but the kit does not include wood markers. So, finishing and getting a decent looking repair is a challenge. You can't sand to get a finish. This does not seem to me to be a good solution for fine wood furniture. The price point is reasonable for what you do get. It probably is a good solution for some repairs, but not for the wood I'm dealing with.
